The BR6200 is a self-ionizing static discharger for anti-static applications on machines processing sheets and webs. Available in 18mm Carbon Fiber (BR62-C) or 18mm Nylon Fiber (BR62-N), it comes in lengths from 100 mm to 2700 mm. The aluminum body has a 2 mm wall thickness. The conductive fiber tips ionize the air, allowing static charge to be neutralized and discharged through the brush body.
The EX1250 Static Bar is a high-performance static eliminator designed for hazardous locations, featuring ATEX certification for safety. It has stay-sharp etched emitters with a 15 mm pitch for superior ionization and is suitable for various environments, including food, medical, and pharmaceutical applications. It has a robust construction, a maximum operating distance of 150 mm, and is certified for Zones 1 & 2. The static bar includes shockless operation and has a durable construction with a lifespan of 5+ years. It can be mounted easily with M4 x 20 mm hexagon studs and uses a 3 m cable with protective nylon conduit.
