The 7080 & 7081 Static Charging Bars offer a safe, reliable, and cost-effective solution for temporary adhesion in various industrial applications like interleaving steel sheets, bag making, and pinning plastic sheets. The 7080 connects to older generators, while the 7081 connects to current 30kV models.

The 7093 Static Charging Edge Pinner is designed for high-performance edge pinning in film production, particularly for neck-in applications in cast film production. It uses Fraser’s market-leading static generation systems to ensure reliable performance. The adjustable tips make installation flexible for various applications, while its robust construction offers durability. It is easy to install with the supplied polymer mounting brackets and “stay-sharp” emitters that can be easily replaced.
