The Flex Laminar Flow Station (FLFS) comes in standard sizes of 4ft, 5ft & 6ft lengths. The Station is very low maintenance and flexible and is an ideal choice for a cleanroom rated workstation at an affordable cost.

The MAC 10® IQ is the world’s first smart fan filter unit. With its microcomputer-controlled EC motor, the MAC 10® IQ dynamically adjusts itself to maintain the set airflow, compensating for changes in static pressure, filter loading, or other local conditions. Unlike conventional induction motors, the EC motor regulates itself, automatically adjusting the torque and speed to provide a constant air volume of 250-660 CFM over a wide range of static presssure. The MAC 10® IQ maintains airflow at such a constant rate that the need for future balancing is greatly reduced.
The MAC 10® LEDC features the most control options and the most versatile control system available on the market today, while topping the industry in energy efficiency. The MAC 10 LEDC comes standard with the filter integral with the unit housing. Roomside replaceable filters, motor/blower, and now controls are available.
The MAC 10® Original fan filter unit (FFU) was the first to combine low sound, lower watts, and a low profile. The MAC 10® Original Standard provides one of the lowest sound levels of any FFU in the industry measuring at 51 dBA. The Original runs at only 310 watts at 90 FPM and uses less energy than older, traditional fan filter units which lowers operating costs.
The MAC 10® Original does all this while maintaining a low profile, measuring less than 13” (330 mm).
This innovative AirStat Digital Control Model 2400 Ceiling Emitter Ionizer is designed to provide room ionization in the semiconductor wafer process, flat panel display, pharmaceutical and other clean environment applications. High ion output current results in a fast discharge time. The digital control system enables the accurate adjustment of power output and includes monitoring capabilities.
It is especially suited for open environments such as process bays, ballrooms or other large areas. Users can accurately set up the output parameters such as voltage and operating time through a remote control. With an LED display and audio alarms, users can identify the failure status or required cleaning cycle.

The Tempest Ionizing Blower BTI Bench-top Ionizer generates AC high voltage to produce balanced ionized airflow, thereby eliminating static charges on surfaces. The unit can be placed at one end of the workbench, or mounted on wall or shelf, and directed at the work target or area to be neutralized. The ionizer is best positioned 12″ to 48″ directly in front of the work.
The Hand-Held Contact Cleaning Roller (HHCCR) along with Adhesive Tape Pads (HRCP-13) are used for manually cleaning loose low volume surface contamination from sheets or flat surface parts. Hand Held Contact Cleaning Rolls come in widths of 6″ and 12″. Adhesive pads are 9″ x 13″ with 50 sheets per pad (5 pads per box, total of 250 sheets). Adhesive Pads can be used with any size Hand Held Sticky Roller Contact Cleaner. Note: The Hand Held Contact Cleaning Roll Systems should NEVER be used on a moving substrate or part.
