The 7080 & 7081 Static Charging Bars are designed to provide a safe, reliable, and cost-effective method for temporary adhesion in industrial processes. Both models feature compact and rigid construction, with an extruded PVC body, ABS endcaps, and epoxy resin for durability. The “stay sharp” alloy emitters, spaced at 10 mm pitch, ensure an even application of static charge without the striping effect often seen with wider spaced emitters. The flexible cable, protected by nylon conduit, and M8 x 60 mm nylon studs for easy installation in the “T” slot at the base of the bar provide flexibility and ease of use.

Performance

The 7080 & 7081 Static Charging Bars deliver reliable performance, thanks to their resistively coupled emitters. Each emitter has individual high-voltage resistance, providing safe, non-sparking operation. These charging bars offer a high degree of adaptability, with the 7080 model designed to connect to older 7330 & 7324 generators, while the 7081 model connects to current 30 kV generators (7333, 7360 & 73150). This adaptability allows integration with a wide range of existing systems and ensures longevity and future-proofing.

The bars are available in lengths up to 3000 mm, with a cross-section of 45 mm high x 20 mm wide. The 2-meter high-tension cable, rated at 35 kV, can be extended up to 10 meters, allowing flexibility in installation.
