The 7090 and 7095 Static Charging Bars are designed to provide temporary adhesion for neck-in applications on cast film lines, edge pinning of films, in-mold labeling, and other uses where electrostatic pinning is essential. The 7090 has a compact tubular design, ideal for smaller areas, while the 7095 comes in three sizes to offer broader coverage. These bars can be applied in various situations, from trim charging and edge pinning to in-mold labeling (IML).

Both models are entirely encapsulated, which ensures a longer lifespan compared to un-potted alternatives. The bars are constructed with flexible cables in protective nylon conduits, providing durability and ease of installation. Additionally, the tungsten emitters used in these bars contribute to their long service life. The 7090 model features three emitters bonded together, while the 7095 models have emitters spaced at a 5 mm pitch, providing consistent static generation.
