The BR1200 Round Static Bar is designed to neutralize static electricity in manufacturing environments. Contact and separation between two surfaces often create static charges, causing materials like paper, plastic, textiles, and other non-conductive substances to randomly attract or repel. This static buildup can lead to process issues, including jams, clogs, mis-feeds, shocks to operators, fires, and contamination problems. The BR1200 helps mitigate these issues by effectively neutralizing static charges.

Its round body design allows users to “aim” the emitter points, providing improved mounting flexibility. The static bar has a diameter of 0.75 inches and is available in various lengths, from 6 inches to 144 inches, with an effective length of 3 inches to 141 inches. The ionizing point spacing is 0.75 inches on center, and it has an optimum range of 0.75 inches to 3 inches or more.
