The 21st Century technology high-tack polymer used in the Static Clean Tacky Mat will remove and hold all foot and wheeled contamination on its surface when used as a ‘floor tacky mat’, or for smaller Particle Trap® system it will hold contaminants that fall onto the mat on the work surface until removed by regularly scheduled cleaning.
The JetAURA Ionizing Gun (JAG-IV) is a compact, lightweight Ionizing air-gun that eliminates static electricity and cleans products in Electronics, Semiconductor, Medical Device and Industrial manufacturing. The JetAURA has excellent Ion Balance and fast Static Decay Rates that make it the ideal choice for most applications that require static elimination. The JetAURA is configurable using custom nozzles and blow-modes, such as pulsed or steady blow-off, for specific applications, and the powerful air stream it generates is ideal for blowing away dust and particulates with ionized air.

The AGZIII is configurable using custom nozzles for specific applications, and the powerful air stream it generates is ideal for blowing away dust and particulate with ionized air.

The 4125 Ionized Airgun is our most powerful airgun for neutralizing static electricity and removing dust and other contaminants. It is available in two variants for top or bottom air feed. The 4125 is suitable for the most demanding cleaning and static neutralizing work. The open construction of the ionisation head and the airflow amplifier nozzle give the 4125 operational efficiency, producing maximum ionisation with maximum airflow.

The ZappAURA-II Ionizer is an air nozzle ionizer incorporating an ultra-small-size high-voltage transformer without any high-voltage wiring. Since it operates only on DC power input, its wiring has become much simpler.
Portable and flexible, the ZappPLUS Ionizing Blow-Off System, with its ZappII Piezonizer, is ideal for neutralizing electrostatic charges and blowing loose, dry, surface contaminants from parts, assemblies and packaging materials in Injection Molding, Medical Device, Industrial, Electronics and Semiconductor applications.
Designed to neutralize and clean electro-statically charged surfaces and small products. The Pulsed-DC high voltage technology provides excellent charge decay performance even at longer distances, and ion balance is suitable for most industrial applications. The flat nozzle produces intense airflow, which transports the ionized air at high speed for optimal cleaning and blow-off capacity. Powered by 24VDC, it features integrated high voltage supplies meaning that no high voltage cabling is required. That status of the Ionizer, including need for cleaning, is indicated by a single LED, an “ATTENTION” or “Clean Me Function”.

The Medical Cleaning System (MCS) is an excellent contamination control tool designed to improve yields by reducing rework. The flush mounted Vacuum Hood, which incorporates shockless static control bars and stainless steel compressed air tubes, removes dirt particles. The particles are then conveyed to a filtered dust collector. No more blowing particulate around the cleanroom or manufacturing environment causing re-contamination.
