The 21st Century technology high-tack polymer used in the Static Clean Tacky Mat will remove and hold all foot and wheeled contamination on its surface when used as a ‘floor tacky mat’, or for smaller Particle Trap® system it will hold contaminants that fall onto the mat on the work surface until removed by regularly scheduled cleaning.
The JetAURA Ionizing Gun (JAG-IV) is a compact, lightweight air-gun designed for industrial static control and cleaning applications. Powered by 24 V DC, it features high-frequency AC technology for fast static elimination. It offers configurable nozzles, pulsed or steady blow-off modes, and LED indicators for operational status.
The AGZIII Ionizing Blow-Off Gun is a compact and lightweight Ionizing air-gun that eliminates static electricity and cleans products in the Electronics, Semiconductor, Medical Device and Industrial markets. The AGZIII has excellent Ion Balance and fast Static Decay Rates that make it the ideal choice for most applications that require static elimination. The AGZIII comfortably fits into the hand of an operator, and can be directed at isolated areas where other devices fail, or cannot effectively deliver ionization. The AGZIII is configurable using custom nozzles for specific applications, and the powerful air stream it generates is ideal for blowing away dust and particulate with ionized air.

The 4125 Ionized Airgun is our most powerful airgun for neutralizing static electricity and removing dust and other contaminants. It is available in two variants for top or bottom air feed. The 4125 is suitable for the most demanding cleaning and static neutralizing work. The open construction of the ionisation head and the airflow amplifier nozzle give the 4125 operational efficiency, producing maximum ionisation with maximum airflow.

The Medical Cleaning System (MCS) is an excellent contamination control tool designed to improve yields by reducing rework. The flush mounted Vacuum Hood, which incorporates shockless static control bars and stainless steel compressed air tubes, removes dirt particles.
