The AP-5 Ionizing Air Nozzle is a highly efficient static eliminator, producing a stream of ionized compressed air to neutralize static on surfaces and effectively blow-off particles.
The Tempest Ionizing Blower BTI Bench-top Ionizer generates AC high voltage to produce balanced ionized airflow, thereby eliminating static charges on surfaces. The unit can be placed at one end of the workbench, or mounted on wall or shelf, and directed at the work target or area to be neutralized. The ionizer is best positioned 12″ to 48″ directly in front of the work.
The WebVAC Cleaning System from Static Clean is a continuous-duty cleaning system designed to provide contact or non contact cleaning of narrow and wide webs in a variety of critical applications – enabling converters the ability to simultaneously improve the quality of product and increase profits by reducing rejects. In a single package, the WebVAC combines three proven cleaning technologies – powerful vacuum, static neutralization, and compressed air blow-off to remove dry contaminants from narrow and wide webs quickly and efficiently. Once removed, the WebVAC captures and collects the contaminants for safe and easy disposal.

Contact and separation between two surfaces creates static electricity, which can often cause materials like paper, plastic, textiles and other non-conductive materials to randomly attract to or repel from themselves or their surroundings. In a manufacturing environment this causes process problems which include jams, clogs, mis-feeds, poor stacking, reduced transport speeds, shocks to operators, fires, explosions, and a variety of contamination related problems.
