In order to effectively eliminate the static charges that cause problems, measuring or finding the “hot spots” in your manufacturing process is a fundermental step in determining the type of ionizer required for the application. The static field meter Statiron DZ4 is a lightweight portable meter with digital printout, designed for measuring the static potential on a charged object.
The BR6100C and the BR6100T Static Brush Bars have been upgraded. The new version is the BR6200 Brush Bars.
Please review the following pages for details of the new upgraded version:
The Winstat BF-X2ZB-V2 Benchtop ionizer is a small profile, lightweight unit that removes static in a wide range of applications especially in the Electronics and Medical Device Manufacturing Process. The BF-X2ZB-V2 blower can be placed on a workbench, or it can also be used as a process tool and mounted above a conveyor line, or in a tight production area to effectively remove static charges wherever ESD material-handling problems occur.
Contact and separation between two surfaces creates static electricity, which can often cause materials like paper, plastic, textiles and other non-conductive materials to randomly attract to or repel from themselves or their surroundings. In a manufacturing environment this causes process problems which include jams, clogs, mis-feeds, poor stacking, reduced transport speeds, shocks to operators, fires, explosions, and a variety of contamination related problems.
